Judy Wigs strives to provide the best customer service and highest customer satisfaction. If for
any reason you are not happy with your wig, we will allow a one-time exchange on your purchase.
If you are still not satisfied, you can return it and receive a store credit.
Custom order wigs/caps and precut/prestyled wigs CANNOT be returned. If there is a problem with the fit, contact us and we will be happy to adjust it for you. We CANNOT accept any wig that has been WASHED, STYLED, CUT, ALTERED IN ANY WAY or damaged by the customers negligence. The wig must be in resalable condition, with all tags/barcodes and labels attached, or we will not provide you with a refund or an exchange.
For your convenience we allow 14-days from the date of purchase for you to decide if your wig needs to be returned or exchanged. Please call us at 1-866-JUDY-WIGS for a UPS authorization number, shipping information, or other questions. Upon receipt, you will receive a store credit for the full purchase price, less a 5% restocking fee.
